Hello!
My name is Natalia Maldonado. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I started my career as a Registered Nurse and transitioned into a full time yoga instructor in 2013. In 2015 I started working on the business operations side for tech startups, and now I balance both professions.
I received my 500hr Yoga Alliance certification from Pure Yoga NYC and have since hosted 5 yoga retreats in the U.S, U.K, and Mexico, and have taught public, private, and corporate yoga for several companies including KIND bars, Soho House NYC, Facebook, AOL, and more.
Teaching yoga is my passion and I love to create beautiful experiences. During class, I like to blend my love for music with dynamic, fun, and creative sequences to help practitioners of any level dive deeper into their practice. I encourage one to connect with and challenge themselves, and I pay strong attention to alignment and breath. My classes are intelligently designed with your growth in mind, and will leave you feeling more energized and grounded.
In my spare time I like to DJ, host events, work out, cook, be in nature, and hang out with my family and friends.
